Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with brilliant leaders and individuals at the top of their game. I saw first-hand how coaching helped them enhance their decision making, become more intentional and impactful, achieve their goals, and step into their next level of success.
At the same time, I began a personal development journey with incredible coaches who challenged me to overcome limiting beliefs, set ambitious goals, and reach my full potential. Their support gave me clarity, resilience, and purpose, transforming my leadership and performance.
Alongside this, I completed 4 years of intuitive development, training, and coaching, and spent the past 6 years exploring a range of modalities—including energy healing, inner child healing, Reiki, somatic therapy, past life regression, ThetaHealing, Body Code, and visualization—to deepen my understanding of holistic growth and transformation.
With 15 years of experience spanning Investment Banking, Consulting, and leading high-growth companies, I have developed an expertise for driving performance and growth on a global scale.
My journey began at ESCP Business School in Paris and Gurugram, India, where I immersed myself in Management and Corporate Finance.
From there, I dove into Investment Banking before pivoting to seven transformative years in Management Consulting, leading projects across Financial Services in France, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
My next chapter brought me into the fast-paced world of high-growth, B2B tech-enabled platforms. I was responsible for leading the MENA business from Dubai, then took on the challenge of expanding the business across EMEA as a Business Leader and COO, based in London.
My passion lies in helping people tap into their full potential. As a two-time Junior Moroccan Surfing Champion, lifelong football player, and tennis enthusiast, I know first-hand the mindset and discipline required to excel—not just in business or sports, but in any arena where passion meets purpose.
